pSoxR Marionette

Input

DpB.003 is an Input device that can transcribe an electrical signal into the production of a protein. They are can be used to pass on signals to the "Processors"Bba_K4216035/36/37and downstream our signal processing pipeline. They can also be used as standalone for prototyping and debug of for specific applications

This part is a TU that is activated by piocynin and code for C71m(CinR) (=Bba_K4216020), CinR is use to activate another promotor (Bba_K4216008). We use it as an input to transmit a genetic signal to another plasmid.
